As an admin, I would like the ability to copy or clone call queues when setting up a new call queue. Currently, settings among call queues need to match previously configured call queues. Current process is having to manually select settings for each newly created call queue which can get missed.
As a user, when adding a new call filter entry, I would like the ability to detect if a phone number was previously added in the call filters list. This would prevent duplicate entries. Current process is having to first search the call filters list before adding the entry.
