since this morning I receive the following message if I try to connect to the remote control of PCs, I have tried many machines and they all give the same result!!
Does anyone have the same problem as me?
I also find it strange that 10 PCs have updated to version 1.26.0.1704 (yesterday) while the remaining are still on 1.25.0.856 and it seems they are not updating

about 2 hours ago the problem disappeared as it came.... very very strange, I confirm that I could not connect to any of my PCs that I have in assistance, about 50, I also noticed that the agent is updating and is going from version 1.25. 0.856 to 1.26. 0.1704, but I tried both versions, same problem.
As I said I also tried with another network from my phone via the app but it did not work.
Was there a way to check my prtale to see if something is blocking everything?

I've checked with Support and we haven't received any other reports of this. Just to confirm, is this happening with all of your Unattended computers? Are you able to host instant support sessions with any of the computers if someone is there to connect? Any additional details that you can provide will be helpful.
The problem also occurs with the phone app, same error, I also tried multiple browsers on the PC, I noticed an update to the Goto agent, but the problem occurs with the old and new version.
