Cancellation with no refund?

My account was auto-renewed today, but there is no option online to cancel a subscription! I called in and went through the rigamarole to cancel, but GoTo refuses to refund my full year subscription that is unusable with my new organization.

Has anyone had success in getting refunded? Its just silly to pay $900 for a full year subscription that I cant even use!
