Attempting to upgrade Hamachi having issues

When I have attempted to upgrade from the trial version of Hamachi to the Standard version, it brings me to the Subscriptions screen on GoTo Admin. Despite this, no Hamachi subscription can be found despite me including my billing address and payment information. Scrolling down on the subscriptions page does not yield any results pertaining to Hamachi either.

Sorry, I missed that in your original post. I have asked Support to send you an eQuote for a Standard Hamachi subscription. If you open GoToAdmin Billing again you should now see it in the Quotes section:

Hello, I am also having this issue where my account that has not owned a paid subscription beforehand is being redirected to the subscription screen when trying to update to a paid account. Is there any way to fix this?
