Duplicate subscription - Cannot call, need help via email

Hello,

I was charged twice for Hamachi Standard:

• January 12, 2026 — $49.00
• January 13, 2026 — €44.00

My account shows "2 available Hamachi subscriptions" but I only need one.

I cannot call support because I don't speak English well enough for phone conversation.

Please help me:

1. Cancel the duplicate subscription
2. Get a refund for one charge
3. Ensure only one subscription renews next year
