what service provider

any one know what service provider is used? I am in WV. Looking to port my grasshopper number to a cell phone provider. Grasshopper refuses to tell me who they use as a service provider

Thank You!! I was going to keep your account active, and port the number to a cell provider. Reason being, I cannot get sms approved to send texts, and its hurting my business. If you "own" my number, then I doubt I can port it.

Hi @19558080, we are the provider that you are paying for your Grasshopper number. If you want to port your number to another provider please call our support team to coordinate canceling your account and porting your number.
