We are facing an issue, as we are unable to get recordings, when i get recording token API is failing and giving 403 and 404 for some cases. it was working fine few days ago but now suddenly we are facing this issue. following are my account details.

Access token that has been generated, and fine working webhook etc. Only facing this issue in recordings.
