We use in house chat frequently to communicate with each other. Front of house and back of house, etc.
The direct chats have notifications, but it would be great if our team chat also had notifications. Our front of house staff are all in a team chat and this is how we can communicate that a patient is here, or ask that someone help a patient out, etc. Lots of messages are missed because there are no notifications on the team chats.
