        <description><![CDATA[<p>I saw a few other suggestions on this but I also want to suggest that there should be some type of voicemail report under the call reports. Managers should have visibility into voicemails to ensure that team members are handling voicemails. Also, there should be an option to retrieve deleted voicemails as well.</p>

<p>Goto really needs to look into enhancing this and making this an option as I know I am not the only client who would have a need for this.&nbsp;</p>]]>

<p>If you have a paid monthly or annual Hamachi account and would like to cancel before renewal, the <strong>fastest</strong> way to cancel is to <a href="https://support.goto.com/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">call customer support</a> directly.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Depending on your country or region, we offer different phone support numbers. To make sure that you get the right number and connect with an agent who speaks your language, select <a href="https://support.goto.com/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"><strong>Contact support</strong></a> and choose your country in the drop down menu.&nbsp;</p>

<p>To cancel your trial, simply wait for it to expire. No action is required unless you paid for a monthly or annual subscription during the trial period.</p>
<p><strong>Remember:</strong> Unless you gave credit card information to GoTo during your trial or at some point purchased a subscription, there is no need to cancel or delete your account.</p>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I noticed that the report currently displays my username and number in my column, but the client column only shows the number. It would be helpful if the client’s name and number were both included in their column for better clarity.</p><p>Additionally, for compliance with HIPAA/PCI requirements, it would be beneficial to have the option in the selectable column setting that allows users to choose whether or not names are displayed on the report for those that do not want them in the report.</p><p>It is very helpful and sometimes required for our accounts to have this information logged and the number does not help identify the clients to account customers.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Please add a setting to the Grasshopper iOS app to allow the app's CallKit integration to be disabled.</p><p>Being able to disable CallKit integration would make it easier to see which extension number is receiving an incoming Grasshopper call, when deciding whether to answer the call. Currently, when receiving an incoming  Grasshopper call, with Wifi calling enabled (in Grasshopper &gt; Settings &gt; Call settings), the CallKit incoming call screen is shown rather than Grasshopper's own incoming call screen.</p><p>The CallKit incoming call screen does not show which extension the incoming call is going to, so it's not possible to determine if a call is to an individual's employee extension or to a shared department extension. But sometimes a customer might call back saying the work is not complete, or they are returing a call, or may have been cut off and they are calling back. Our engineers go from one ticekt to another, and are often on another call. We do not want the receptionsit to transfer calls directly to ur enigneers, just to have the call go to voicemail. How do we set up the receptioonist to open a new ticket with call back details when callers ask for specific peoples names?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello! </p><p>Today, I had a User submit a ticket involving their audio. They work from home, so they log into GoToMyPC using their personal PC. Upon login, they tried to open an .mp3 file from their email. They were not able to hear the audio from their speakers, and informed me. I checked their account and logged into their PC. I saw that the speaker was on mute instantly, and their Sound Preferences on GoToMyPC was turned off. I changed the sound option to "Use High Quality Sound", left transmit sound to "Detect Automatically", unmuted the speaker, but still no sound. I can see the volume indicator moving so I know the sound is playing. I tried other sounds to see if it was just the .mp3, but no sounds were coming through the remote session. I checked the User's physical PC on premises, and heard the audio coming from the physical PC speaker. No headphones are connected to the physical PC. I have updated Windows 11 to the most current update as well as reinstalled GoToMyPC for the User. </p><p></p><p>If anyone has any fixes or tips to help that would be greatly appreciated! Our events are always recorded and I don't like having the date, time, open tabs, open apps and other taskbar items visible to attendees. </p><p>We pre-record many of our webinars, so it is very important to us that the taskbar is not visible. </p><p>Your support team suggested to me that we should share an application instead. Although this removes the taskbar from view, when sharing an application, it is not possible to seamlessly switch between tabs or windows shown on the same screen (for example, PowerPoint slides and an application).</p><p>We would really appreciate if you could include the "Clean screen" option in the new software as soon as possible.  </p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I work on a helpdesk.  My colleagues and I have a softphone on our laptops and our mobiles.  We're often called away to attend an issue.  We lock our PCs and leave.  However, as I understand the presence detection, because the softphone is still running on the PC, incoming calls still ring.  So my colleague's phone is ringing away even though he's in a different building for an hour.</p><p><br />&#13;
Of course the simple solution is to get into the habit of setting the status to Away before we leave but our environment, like many, can be hectic and we're often drawn away while deep in thought.  Our PC auto-locked 15 mins ago so it doesn't occur to us to log back in, set Away and then go deal with the issue.</p><p><br />&#13;
It would be far more helpful if the desktop softphone would have an option to detect that the OS has been unlocked (or unused for 10 mins or whatever) and suppress the ringing.  Not set the user as Away, because I expect that would stop calls coming in on mobile.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I've seen on numerous occasions where the Calling Card gets stuck on the "connecting" screen (slurping down CPU resources) and keeps opening back up after the user closes it. However, this particular issue is different than that. Immediately after a restart, Rescue Calling Card opens (even though it has not been configured to do so) normally, and then it opens again. And again. And again. And Again. It will keep opening new instances over and over again until the machine buckles under the pressure (or the Calling Card gets uninstalled). Of the many issues and headaches that our organization has dealt with related to Rescue, Calling Cards, and Unattended Access, this is the first time that I've ever even heard of this particular problem.</p><p>At this point, I've thrown just about everything at it that I know of, (Revo Uninstaller, ran system integrity checks, patched Windows to current, checked for evidence in Windows Event Viewer, looked for funky stuff in task scheduler, etc.) and while I can reinstall the Calling Card with no issue, it always starts doing this again after the next restart.</p><p>Has anyone ever seen this happen before, and if so, do you know the cause (or even a solution)?</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Hi GoTo team and community,</p><p></p><p>We have multiple business DIDs that route to the same ring group (or shared line) on Yealink T57W phones. We want a <strong>different ringtone</strong> depending on which number the customer calls, so staff instantly know which line is ringing.</p><p></p><p>We’ve already:</p><p></p><ul><li>Configured distinctive ringing on the T57W phones</li><li>Used Modify Caller ID to prepend text for visual help</li><li>Set up shared lines (which gives per-line ringtones but isn’t ideal for every scenario)</li></ul><p><strong>The gap: </strong>There is no option in the admin portal to send a custom <strong>Alert-Info</strong> header (e.g. info=Caller ID) based on the inbound DID, dial plan, or ring group.</p><p>This capability is a standard feature on most other PBXs and would make GoTo much more flexible for multi-DID setups with Yealink hardware.</p><p>The only way I have found a workaround is to use a shared line.<br />
The problem with this is I have to set it up per phone/user, and it is limited to 8 users.</p><p>Has anyone found a better workaround? Is this on the product roadmap?</p><p></p><p>Thanks!</p>]]>
