We started to experience this problem recently. LMIGUIAgent sometimes crashes and uses 100% of the processor, and the machine, although visible from LogMeIn, cannot be accessed. We've seen this problem on machines from 10.8.2 to 10.8.4. I submitted a ticket, but the form gave me no option to submit a screenshot or log file.
