File manager works but not remote control

File manager is ok - I see both PCs.

For remote control I get "connecting" followed by "connection failure".

Please help.

I have this same issue on one computer. The other one works fine.

For me it started after attempting to do windows updates, then asking the computer to restart. It never actually went offline for the full restart, but as others have said, file manager works fine.

I have this problem as well.

Is it possibly a corrupted file?
