I've been evaluating LogMeIn Pro and encountered no major issues until just now, as I was documenting use of the program for my employer. I'm at the Windows 7 desktop of the host computer and double-clicked on an icon to open the program, but instead, a Properties dialog box appears. The same thing happens when I double-click any icon. I have previously run LogMeIn successfully on this host 9 or 10 times and never encountered the problem before. A search of these discussion boards resulted in no matches, but a Google search for the problem in Windows led me to a couple of posts suggesting that the Alt key on the computer is stuck in a down position. I suspect that that's a clue, but don't know how it might be related to LogMeIn. I suspect that I can work around this by rebooting the computer, but if it's happened once, it can happen again, and rebooting isn't always a viable option. Any ideas as to what's going on and how it might be corrected without rebooting?
