Sharing Itunes Library with Hamachi

I have a NAS at home with Itunes Home Sharing running. It shares the library fine over the network.

I then use my laptop away from home to connect using Hamachi. The network works fine and I can access the NAS on the laptop.

But my Itunes home sharing wont work and I can't connect to my home library.

I can't find any reason for it now to work. Does anyone have any ideas?
