I'm having an issue with a customer who's running Forefront Endpoint Protection; LogMeIn displays this computer as running Security Essentials. Therefore, the virus definition is always out of date as Security Essentials isn't actually installed on this machine. Refreshing antivirus state changes nothing. Is there anything I can do to force refresh, or change, the selected antivirus? That orange triangle in the sea of green is bothering me.
