Computer says it is connecting for a while before it gives me an error report. My problem started two days ago.

Try setting your PC's date back to before you bought the subscription like January 27. It worked for me!
I am having exactly the same problem. It started after I signed up for Pro. I am out of the country and this is very frustrating!!!
