Why is this happening, I am the account holder yet when I go to click on Purchase Pro, i get the message
"Only the Account Holder can purchase subscriptions for this account."
I don't have any other login emails.

I experiencing the same problem now (but with Premium account prolonging).

i get this too.
and they dont even tell u WHICH ONE is yr account holder.
and they gave u a 7days notice on the day u might login before u see the 7days notice
and they r so tight with mass volume ticket no#, u wonder if they can get to u on time before this 7days is up.
