Unable to use mouse cursor in Steam Client

Log Me In Community,

 

I had previously used LogMeIn Free and recently upgraded to Paid Log Me In Pro.

 

I like to use Log Me In to play Rome Total War 2 on my desktop from a remote computer. Recently, I am unable to use my mouse inside the Steam supported game client while using LogMeIn while connected to a remote authorized computer. I have played with all the options including resolution, view options, color quality options and Keyboard options. No combination of any of these seems to work. The keyboard functions work well within the game, it just does not support the use of the client, host, or logmeiin mouse options. It used to work using the free client, but I have not been able to use this within the last couple months.

 

Please look into this option because a lot of LogMeIn users use this service to get around their network filters that do not allow connections to their servers.

 

Please advise.

This is ridiculous.

 

I posted this question several days ago.

 

Since then, I have not been contacted by LogMeIn or have had anyone respond to my question.

 

In my field of work, customer service is the only way to stay above water in this current economic environment.

 

Since my post, the administrators have responded to questions regarding upgrading to new subscriptions and people who are frustrated they have to pay for the service. But reply to someone who is a paying subscriber......no answer.

 

I would like someone to give me a phone number or e-mail address to someone who cares at LogMeIn support. The idea of having a "community" support system that may or may not answer your question for all to see is not acceptable.

 

Support as part of a subscription service is mandatory, not optional part of the service.
