Well after 84 mins in que I hung up!! I have 3 free & 1 pro account. My company has worked out something w/you that will allow me to convert but since I already have accounts I have NO clue & your documentation is weak to say the least. Maybe like ObomaCare you should postpone this until you can properly document the FAQ's or staff up your tech support line!!
My company which is not at all tech savy said that if you are already an existing user you must delete the old accouunt & reinstall. I don't trust that statement. PLEASE FIX THE "HOW TO" ISSUE BEFORE killing accounts!
