Good day. Yeah, I am using Pro after years of happiness with Free. Just logged into the only remote computer that I control and , once again , have the sound automatically switched to me and on exit NOT RESETTING back to remote computer. This is NOT acceptable.
Now with the new client system up, when I disconnect from the remote computer, LogMeIn is also LOGGING OFF the USER ( MacOSX ) , This is also NOT acceptable.
The computer that I am connecting to is a visually handicapped person using VoiceOver. When LogMeIn fails to return sound to the users computer, it becomes a dumb quiet box for the user. They have to completely restart the computer BECAUSE THEY CAN'T SEE! They rely on VoiceOver sound output to speak to them. And now that the system autologs out, it leaves them at a log in screen THAT DOES NOT SPEAK to even let them know what has happened.
Give me back plain jane FREE! It worked for years and worked well. From my point of view, anything is going to be better than staying with PRO.
