New Pro has bugs. Tickets don't get answered. Oh yeah, and I pay now btw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What on earth is going on?

I've been using logmein for >2 years with no issues. Great product.

Now I pay. This has coincided with tickets that don't get answered, a plaftorm that has bugs (that I can't get help with) and a general bad taste in my mouth.

Please answer my emails/tickets!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm glad to see that others are having the same problem as me. But I'm disappointed to see nothing has been addressed. Like many others I have been a user of LogMeIn Free for at least 5-6 years with no issues.

I bought a Chromebook in December and started using it to connect to my work PC and everything was going great up until I began paying for LogMeIn Pro. Now that I pay I have never been able to connect from the Chromebook a single time, it simply goes back to the dashboard everytime.

I would be glad to simply pay for the basic functionality in LogMeIn Free if it would simply work.

So as it stands, I paid to have my remote access broken

Try this:

Download and install the LogMeIn Client desktop app for Windows which you can find on the left side of this page: http://help.logmein.com/SelfServiceDownloads and try accessing through that application. This is a fully functional replacement of the procedure of logging in through the website this will bypass the issues that some web browsers may have.

I have not been able to remote control connecte single time since I gave my credit card number for purchase of LMI Pro!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Got my money and I get no service!!!!!!!!!!! I am NOT a happy camper!!!!

Yet Another Pro Customer Needing Support please.

Hi LogMeIn peeps. Are you burried? Pro gotcha down?

Specifically we're experiencing immediate disconnects when a few of our 28 users connect to a win7 VM. Happens with some users, but not all. Host machine is a network appliance running VMWare, and windows 7 pro as the VM. Client machines are Win 7 Pro, and Home. Tried this with IE, Chrome, and FireFox on 5 desktops. two were successful, three got immediately disconnected. All are up to date with windows software. All are running the latest logmein vesion. Not sure where to look. Anyone else have an idea?

Where do the help tickets end up anyway? There is no email confirmation that I submitted a ticket, and I can't seem to find where to search for my ticket on logmein.com.

Well as much as it pains me to say. Try using IE and see if it will work for you. I tried it and it allowed me to remote connect. I do wish they would fix the bugs with firefox thought.

Agreed. It is sad after I decide to move forward with purchase that I have problems. One of the only reasons I purchased this was to be able to access my desktop from my laptop when away from home. Thus far after several support tickets not answered I believe both of you are right.

The issue with mine is when you click remote control and it pulls the client up it locks up and I have to force the window to close. Happens everytime I try. I tried from my desktop to laptop and can connect and control remotely with no issue. I don't understand.

I second the notiion that support requests are not being answered. Support form on website seems to go into a black hole. Two requests submitted last week and no responses yet. I would assume that after five business days these support requests are just being ignored.
