Not sure if this is the problem you are having but I posted a problem back in Feb. titled 'Huge problem with remote not working'. After 10 days I finally got some help thru an email with a link. I pasted the email below. I hope this helps.
Download and install the LogMeIn Client desktop app for Windows which you can find on the left side of this page: http://help.logmein.com/SelfServiceDownloads and try accessing through that application. This is a fully functional replacement of the procedure of logging in through the website this will bypass the issues that some web browsers may have.
