Every time I connect to my remote computer -- whether via the Mac client or via Chrome -- it does the login process with three checkmarks, then I get nothing but a black screen.
The only way I can see my remote screen is if I:
- Close the black window
- Click on Preferences > Advanced > View Reboot Options button
- Restart LogMeIn
After waiting a minute for the service to restart on my remote computer, then I am able to connect and I can see & interact with the remote screen.
Why do I have to do this song and dance every time!? So annoying.
