I just switched from Logmein Free to Logmein Pro. I have used Logmein Free for several years without any problems. The main feature I need is the remote control ability. I connected to the remote computer, but I was not able to "control" anything. I was barely able to see what was happening on the remote computer because the screen was not refreshing. Are there any setting in Logmein Pro that would allow just the basic functionality? I expected more functionality, not less...but I would settle for what I had with Logmein Free.
Any help is appreciated. This was a frustrating experience.
