Hi LogMeIn.
some of our users are having a problem accessing a VM Windows 7 install. All machines (both client and host) are inside our network.
Client machine(s) are running Windows Pro and Windows Home (tried connecting from 5 pc's)
browsers tested were IE, Chrome, and FireFox.
all machines have updated Windows software and latest LogMeIn versions.
I am able to connect from two out of five computers. On the remaining three, each one (using either admin or another user) disconnects after just a few seconds. The log file on the client machine shows the session disconnected. The log on the host machine shows the session still connected for hours.
To further complicate this, the log shows that the sessions stay connected to another URL outside of our company. A url that points to a museum of art...
Can you please advise what to do?
