Problems with New Software

I have been using the free version for some time and no problems.

Now that I am paying, there are problems.

Accessing an Imac running 10.75 from an Imac running 10.92, I am having constant disconnects and hangs. I can go 3-20 minutes and then the screen hangs on the remote machine. Have to close Logmein client and re log in. Then it starts again.

Also, with the free version using Indesign CC on the remote computer, I was able to use various key combinations to enlarge a drag the corners of a graphic byholding down Command shift. This no longer works. It takes a number of guesses at scalling percentages to get the tight size.

This is wasting way too much time.

You're not alone. The Free version worked flawlessly. Now with the Pro version it's constant slow downs. I didn't need any of these bloated Pro features and would gladly pay the same price to use the Free client for the stability. I went 2 years with not a single issue when using the Free version. It's so bad with the Pro version I've started looking at the other offerings out there. I didn't want to, I have to.

I also have xperienced extremely slow connections since the last update a few days aqo.

That is on top of the many hours I have spent trying to get my windows 2000 machines to connect again.

Still unable to use them.

Amen to Jim117's complaints.

I also used LogMeIn free --and loved it. Now I've paid and I can't connect remotely. Nothing.

I am using a MacBookAir Mavericks to connect remotedly to a Windows 7 PC. The client opens, but when I click on the 'window' icon, another window opens and immediately crashes. It does the same then when connecting Mac-to-Mac.

I am more than extremely disappointed--and frustrated.
