Remote Window Not Coming Up?

I can login to my remote computer & it says I'm connected but a remote control window doesn't come up so I can view my other computer screen? What settings do I need to change? I'm on a Mac

Nobody??? I think it has something to do that my computer doesn't trust the pop up but how do I change it??
