I used to have an issue where about 60% of the time I could not log in to my Mac even with the correct name and password. Then for a while that seemed to clear up and it was only about 30% of the time I couldn't log in. Now 100% of the time I cannot log in. Last time I made a complaint it took 3 weeks to get a response. And even then the only advice was "Turn off that safety feature that blocks multiple failed logins". What exactly am I paying for if I cannot log in to my computer (the name of the service is LogMeIn!!) and I cannot get any customer support?
Did they happen to mention how to "Turn off that safety feature that blocks multiple failed logins"?
I'm looking after a computer that belongs to a colleague. He's still able to log in fine using his user name and password, but I can't --even using his credntials.
Yeah - I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm trying to log into a Mac from a Mac, both running the same version of the OS and JavaScript. I can usually log in, but then either get a completely blank screen or if anything does show up, it won't respond.
Kind of a waste of 50 bucks in my opinion. The biggest thing that cheeses me off is that the Free version worked perfectly for me for years. Now the paid version, with the App download, etc. has turned into garbage.
