I am able to connect to my Mac OS X machine, and I see the login account for me listed and "Guest", but I am not able to control any mouse/keyboard to select my username to login. Is this a known issue? Please advise. Mahalo!
Ever since I reformat my Mac and installed OS X Yosemite, I no longer have the issue. :-X
YES that happens to me also (OSX 10.9.5), and I made a support request 6 months ago, they never replied back. The remote tool seems not able to detect the cursor on the login window, so I cannot move the coursor in order to enter my password to unlock the desktop.
I am having the same issue. I connect once or twice then I get the login screen and cannot go any further...
I am about to end my free period (previous Ignition user) and will be expected to pay for this...
