My colleague in China (using China Telecom) is complaining she can no longer access secure.logmein.com starting this week.
I had a look here and it seems to be unaccessible:
http://www.greatfirewallofchina.org/index.php?siteurl=secure.logmein.com
Is anyone else experiencing this? Did the great firewall just add logmein to its censor list? Any workarounds?
Hamachi is having difficuties connecting to the service today from China. Testest from Shanghai China Telecom, and Xiamen Fujian China Telecom. Is there a quick fix for this?
Has anyone tried a VPN service?
Does anyone know if this blocking issue also applies to the join.me website?
Hi Julie, do you have idea what's really going on ?
We had the same thing, the Logmein Client Ignition could connect , IOS App is fine too, but the Website.
And another question ,Does the Logmein Client Igniton connect different server as Logmein Website ?
Thanks a lot.
Could you email me for those 2 questions ?

Thank you for your reply -
That's great to know - If the Website is being blocked she can indeed try to use the LogMeIn Client App instead. Being said, you might want to get in touch with the related ISP and see if they would be able to unblock the access.
Thank you ,
Kind Regards
Julie
I got her to use the USB-portable LogMeIn client application and it works.
She just cant visit the logmein website or resolve the domain secure.logmein.com
Hello,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention -
After verification we have unfortunately no control on this -
Testing our website from your link brings up 5 areas not being blocked :
If the user is now unable to access the website, I am guessing she is not in any of these 5 locations. She will want to get in touch with her Internet Service Provider to discuss the issue -
I wonder if she has the LogMeIn Client App (the desktop App) already installed on her machine ?
If that is the case, would she be able to try accessing the host from there instead of using the website?
Out of that, I am afraid we don't really have a workaround -
Keep us posted on her reply, we are looking forward hearing her feedback on this topic
Thanks,
