My accountant installed the log me in onto my computer, but not sure it was done correctly. They logged in with their info and asked that the program be put on the desktop of this computer. It only appears in the start-up menu. I was asked to create a user name, etc., but it tells me I have a trial period. Is it possible that the install was not done correctly? Should I delete and have them do it again? I am using a windows 8 machine and that may be part of my confusion.
