how to allow access without ok on other end?

Hi,

Sometimes I need to get into my Mom's computer during the overnight hours when she's sleeping. We are both on the same account, wondering if there's a way to disable her having to ok me access?

I'm looking in the Preferences --> General and found:

Host side user's consent

Request consent from host side user

I'm new to LMI and don't want to cause any more issues than I already have, if I uncheck this box will I then be able to do what I asked above?

Hi @DebC ,

Yes, you can disable having the end user grant permission for you to access their computer.

Going to Preferences > General is correct. You can select "Remote user has Full Control access rights to the host computer"
