I have been using Logmein Pro on one of my remote computers for several years. I am running Windows Vista Home on the computer.
Over the last two months Logmein always loads and I get the blue circle with the 3 dots but sometimes it says it is not enabled and running. When I click on the blue circle to enable it I just get a forever circle like it is trying to start up. If i turn the computer off and then start it up, then sometimes it comes up enabled and running.
I'm looking for ideas on what miight have caused this and how to fix it.
