I have a logmein pro account with five computers. I am able to log into four of them. When I try to log into the fifth, a message pops up that tells me my password has expired and I need to set a new one. When I try to set a new one via the popup box, I get told that my password and the verification don't match.
I'm not sure what is going on, since I've logged into this computer previously and I can log into the rest of my computers. When I tried deliberately adding a bad password on the initial log-in for this computer, logmein told me it was a bad password instead of forwarding me to the expired pop-up, which suggests that my password is correct.
Any suggestions?
