Windows App Problem

Hello, just installed the Windows Desktop app. This is for Pro. Except, it keeps saying "there is another instance of this already running." And there isn't! Anyone have this issue? what a pain....

Thanks for posting - 

This issue stems from files from our client apps being stored in your system from a previous install and/or use of the app on the machine.

I know you already mentionned you did, but could you please check again all the instances of LogMeIn Client running on the computer and make sure to uninstall them? 

 

Once it is done, Please reboot your system - then you can use this link to get the Client App for Windows:
