Is it just me or is LMI support non-responsive and practically non-existent?
We've been a customer for 3 years and support has never come back with a solution for the issues we have submitted. Luckily I was able to find workarounds or solutions for those issues.
Recently, however, we reported an issue that affects all task types that allow uploads. You cannot edit the task once it has been created as the system is failing to keep track of the files correctly.
I reported the issue a month ago, showed a product specialist the issue and he was able to reproduce it. Since then I have had zero communication of value from them. This is a huge issue that is causing us to have to recreate every task of this type rather than just editing them.
Is anyone else having the same experience with LMI support? I love the LMI products except for when they break.
I'm extremely frustrated that LMI can't fix this in a timely fashion.
