I recently purchased the yearly subscription and have come up against a few issues with the iOS app.
I'm using the app to remote access my MacPro with a dual screen monitor setup.
One thing I find is that often when accessing via my iOS the image that appears will be a login screen from my Mac. I have my settings on my Mac so I don't ever log in. Why is it showing me this page? Not only that but I think this occurring throws my computer for a loop and messes with any processes that might be taking place (the very reason why I bought the subscription was to monitor these processes). It seems to freeze certain programmes on occassion.
Other times I log in and the screen is just black. I switch between monitors but it remains black.
Also, does anyone know how to save my settingso n my iOS so when I access my Mac I see both monitors straight away. Having to select ''All Monitors'' in my settings every time is a bit of a ball ache.
