Hi
LogMeIn log file took up much spaces around 400gb-500gb per file which is very strange. By this way all of log files combinely took around 1tb of space leaving just 2mb of free spaces.
Any suggestion on how to prevent this.
Thanks
This has happened to two of our customers. 2.3TB log folder. Not easy to find as it is in the Library so Mac Finder tools are largely ignoring.
The same issue has been happening on one of our remote computers since mid November - the earliest instance of an oversized file.
This seems to occur when the connection drops and is re-established at a later time on the same day. The log file continues to expand. We've found log file sizes in excess of 400GB - which creates a very critical situation for the computer in question should it need to be restarted.
We've removed LogMein from this computer until the cause of the situation can be determined and the issue resolved. It is not safe to allow files to expand in this fashion.
We are having the same issue. LogMeIn log file today was over 192 GB and crashed the computer because oly 3 MB left.
I changed the log file prefernces to save to an external drive so the computer doesn't crash.
This has been an issue the last week or two.
I agree...very strange.
