I have tried Chrome Explorer, all the other computers that have been sent invites have been able to change there profile not problem at all.
@tsmart Thanks for the quick reply! When users are able to switch between profiles is because they have created their own personal profile. If you only have an LMI account as a secondary user, you will only have one profile. Have you created your own personal profile? Could you send me a private message with your LogMeIn ID? I can verify this for you.
Yes I am you trying to change between profiles. When you click on profiles nothing happens. Regards
