Multiple PC Users

My PC has two user accounts, one for me and one for my bookkeeper. When I use LMI to connect everything works fine. When my bookkeeper tries to connect LMI asks her to connect using the main PC name/password. This would give her access to areas that she does not need to access. Is there a way to allow her to use her login/password on the PC, instead of mine?

Once either of us gets to the PC remotely, the multi-user screen comes up and we can select my login or hers, which would be ok, except LMI pops up a little helper saying it can connect automatically without having to reenter login/password. This bypasses my security and takes me directly into my login. I assume this works the same for her since she had to use my name/password to get to the PC.

Hi @WilliamAvery,

I'll gladly be able to assist you with this issue. It sounds like you may need to add that user profile to be able to remote into that PC. When it comes to multiple users on a PC/Mac, you will need to add them into the "User Access Control" so that they can just remote into that PC utilizing their own User Profile instead of the Admin, in this case would be your user account.

In order to add the user profile, first you will need to either physically be on the PC or remote into the PC from the Admin account. Once this is complete, i've included the link below to instruct you further on how to add the user profile into the "User Access Control. Hope this help!
