Neither my staff nor I can understand exactly what steps to take to connect to a client's computer nor what the client can expect when allowing us access to his computer. Finding this experience to be very frustrating.
Hi @Human1,
I am glad to hear you and your users was able to figure out how to utilize your LogMeIn account, and I do apologize for the inconvience.
We do offer a LogMeIn Help page, where our customers could go to for support and/or instructions on how to utilize our products to it's fullest potential. In case you are ever in a corner, please feel free to visit our support page at www.logmein.com/support. Also, I have included below a link to the LogMeIn Pro Getting Started guide, it pretty much goes over every feature and step-by-step instructions on how to set up and get the most from your LogMeIn Pro subscription:

Once again, I do apologize for any inconvenience that you have gone through, and hope that your experience with LogMeIn from now on are pleasant ones.
I did find a youtube video. It's not readily apparent exactly how to go about using logmein for the first time. It would really be helpful if there were step-by-step instructions for adding a remote computer to be accessed by my users. We muddled through, but it was not easy and if there were instructions, I couldn't find them. Thanks for responding.
I'll gladly be able to assist you with any trouble that you are having.
If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is the trouble you are having? Is it in regards to adding a computer to your account, or remoting into that computer? I would like to be able to assist you to the best of my ability.
We try our best to make our products user friendly, and offer 24 hours phone support Monday thru Friday if you are still having trouble. Our reps will be able to clarify the process to expect when you are attempting to remote into a host computer.
