Invitation is sent and received by guest, but then when they click on the link, it starts making the connection, but then they loose connectivity.
In one week, had one successful desktop sharing experience and three others (separate clients) that didn't work. Spent 50 minutes with 'support' who told me I need to explore clients' browsers and their addins myself to determine why logmein desktop not working!!?? Called back to see if I could find someone who could actually help. Was told the first 'support' person was correct. What is correct is we won't be renewing logmein.
