After upgrading to MacOs Sierra, the secondary cursor that has always been there is now oversized. How can I fix this. I tried restarting several times and turned of the find mouse option in Accessibility with no solution.
My experience was that the auto-update in LMI Client hadn't udated and wouldn't even do it manually until I actually went onto the LMI site and downloaded newest versionfrom there - i.e. had to do a workaround. Hope this helps someone (Mac OS X Sierra client)
Does anyone else notice when the computer is " IDLE ' for say... 15-25 minutes , it still freezes requiring a log me in re-start? Could it be a display setting? I turned off all the screen savers, all the energy savers to see if I can keep it from freezing, tunred the network to FAST..slow, reduced quality... everything to see how I can keep it from...freezing, I remote into a MAC eith a PC and the WIN10 client freezes, mac is fine and running..but ...something still not right.
Really glad the Jumbo Cursor, the Clown Hand and the Double Arrows are gone - weird that automatic updates didn't download this important update - had to do it manually. Noticed laggy performance and slight cursor trail straight away still. Assuming if I stayed on remote it would do just what you're saying and seize up. Meanwhile I hit restart (hardware) in the slight hope that may help down the line. More likely the Sierra compatibility will need more work by LMI. Nice, after upping the subscription price by 40% on Pro...
Problem Fix - just run an update on your Logmein client and done...
Same problem.
Frustrating to see this going on for so long and Logmein doing nothing about fixing it.
Glad to know I'm not alone. If it helps anyone, I have noticed that the hot area of the giant cursor seems to be the top left of the icon.
I call yesterday and I was assured that is a know issue and there are testing very hard and they may be have a solution very soon - They add my email so we can get notified. I will post updates one I know more
Are you folks experiencing it being unresponsive after a few min? And having to restart logmein to make it work?
Yup, same here. Unusable until this is updated. Very frustrating.
me too. can anyone work out how to fix this yet?
Same happen to me on my MacBook Air -
I have a similar problem with my iMac.
Glad it isn't just me. Wondering if there is a beta version of Log Me In that works properly with MacOS Sierra.
Can anyone help?
