So, a few emails with support and still no end result. Typical, uninstall - reinstall, make sure you have latest version...etc.. I thought I'd would try the forums.
We have 5 users with logmein on their workstations, any time we lose internet for even a brief moment logmein will go to an offline status on all the systems and stay in "offline" mode until either we restart the computer or switch off logmein and then switch on again. I've tested this by simply unplugging the nic card and back in, Logmein goes right into off line mode and stays there.
Any suggestions?
