Disconnecting

All of a sudden, after using LogMeIn Pro for years, my host computer keeps needing to "reconnect", like every 3 - 5 minutes whether I am active or not. SO FRUSTRATING!!! :smileymad: Any ideas as to what could be the problem. I have seen a few posts about this issue from years ago, but nothing recent. Suggestions?

Hmmm, now that you mention it, it did start happening after a Windows update. It also seems to only happen when my client computer is using Wifi - I tested yesterday with hardwiring it to the network as opposed to using the wireless connection and the issue stopped. So, not being a tech person at all, I am not sure how to address the problem(s). Does anyone know if Logmein staff monitor questions on these boards?

I am also having many problems with disconnecting or not being able to connect at all - it seems to have started happening after a Windows update. Is there some compatibility problem?
