I want to change my secondary email address

Yesterday when I was trying to log in ... forgot my new password . GTMP sent me a email to my original email which is through Partners and I could not access either ... I am unable to see what link or code it was sent therefore I am stuck

Hi Carmenza,
If you are a members of the Partners Corporate account, you will likely have some restrictions on your login options. I would first reach out to your IT group to see what is allowed, and then we can assist with a password reset if needed thereafter.
