We have installed optical fiber cable and logmein does not work anymore. Any one who had the same problem?
I have internet connection, and I have updated LogMeIn Pro.

Rubr777, what is the behavior which you are seeing from the program? As Warsawtech said you may want to search the logs found in C:\ProgramData\LogMeIn for any error codes.

The guy who installed the optical fiber cable told us to use the same internet cable as before. But now my understanding is taht the TV need a device to obtain the TV signals, and I assume now I need a device to obtain the internet signals or do you plug the internet cable back into the computer as in the past? Or do you have a device between the internet cable and the computer? If yes, what kind of device do you use?
I have fiber at numerous of my facilities. Ranging from 30 meg to 100 meg. Approx. 60 computer on LMI pro at the locations and have experienced no problems. Have you checked your error logs to see if they can give you guidance???
