What is happening with the price of logmein pro. in 2016 I paid £xxx. Logmein have just charged me £xxx (xxx) with VAT, with no pior warning.
How can I get a refund on this, it seems completely unreasonable? Has this happend to others?

They must have more money than they know what to do with. I purchased ignition years ago at a premium price of close to $40 US dollars understanding that I would not lose access to computers are used it with. They reneged on that as well as all of these other price increases that are absolutely insane. The price in the US is $349 a year for supporting two computers. This is not only ridiculous, it’s arrogant. Personally would be ashamed to say I worked for this company.
Sorry the numbers seem to have starred themselves out. in 2016 I paid two hundred and fourty nine pounds. You have just charged me eight hundred and thirty nine pounds. How can this be right?
How can you justify a four hunderd pound price rise in two years? I trust I will be able to get a refund having not received the email notification?

Per our terms of service, we do send out a notification email which includes the renewal price 30 days before an Annual plan renewal.
