I am trying to login and the one time security code never arrives. I have run mail traces in O365 and it just never shows up. I went to the contact us page and I guess the 24/7 support isn't 24/7 -
@logmenoworky I apologize for the difficulty there. If none of the suggestions on this thread worked in your case, were you able to reach Customer Support directly in order for us to determine the issue with your email account?

I can not log in to my account to get to my remote units, because LOGMEIN is not sending
out the verification email.
I got a email 4 hours after I tried to log on earlier today. Now I am again WAITING for an email
so I can access my sites. The logmein program has become very undependable and we just renewed our membership 2 months ago. I wish I had not renewed.
This has been a nightmare.
Getting any help is more of a nightmare.
Same issue for me over the last 2 days...I just tried a moment ago and no dice...WTH?
