I have already been charged 2 times for the annual GoToMetting access, but access was not provided, I have a payment order from the bank. What should I do? How do I get access? I paid almost 400 euros, what should I do?

Сan anyone help me? support is not responding.....

@ALEX27 Although we cannot handle billing requests securely through this community, based on your case with Customer Support it appears that they have sent a follow up email requesting that you confirm the billing info on file. This email was sent today, 3/30/21.
