SMS Registration Approved but still cannot send texts.

I have gone through the SMS Registration process and my campaign has been approved but I am still unable to send or receive text messages. I have tried logging out of the app and logging back in but I continue to see SMS Compliance (10DLC) Registration required messages in settings.

Anyone know how I fix this?
